Terms of service

By creating a SkiHill ShopLog account you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a ski hill, club or company, you agree on its behalf.

The service

SkiHill ShopLog is a tool for recording lift checks, snowcat hours and service, and repairs. It does not replace the inspections your state or province requires, your manufacturers' maintenance manuals, your tramway inspector, insurance, or the judgment of your crew and mechanics. We aren't responsible for injuries, lift or equipment failures, missed services, or the records your staff enter.

Your account

• Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• The ski hill's manager controls who joins the company's account and can disable users at any time.
• Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload it, or access other companies' data.

Plans and billing

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time from the Billing page; you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give partial refunds.
• If a plan lapses, your data stays, but the account becomes read-only until you subscribe again.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Your data

Your company's records belong to you. You can export them at any time. See the privacy policy for what we store.

Availability

We work to keep SkiHill ShopLog running but can't promise it will never be down. The service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will email account owners about material changes. You can stop using SkiHill ShopLog at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
